    Max Penette owner of the school and Mayor of Petion Ville. He has two children Patrick and Maryse.

    College Penette was located in Petion-Ville. It was one block away from a well-known church L'eglise St Pierre and Place St.Pierre where a lot of free concerts were held. The owner at the time was the mayor of petion-Ville.
